Klassy K9 and Kitty Kuts Reviews

I took my dogs ( 3) to Klassy K9 and Kitty Cuts in Forest City, NC. I booked the appointment 5 weeks in advance, and explained to the lady who answered the phone, that one of my dogs was a "sedated groom", and because of that.....my dogs needed to be groomed first thing in the morning. I explained it again, when I dropped off the dogs when they opened at 8:00am. My dogs and I were the first ones through the door, when they opened. At 4:00pm, I called to see if my dogs were finished and she told me " I'll call you when they're finished. To make a long story short, my husband and I left at 5:00 pm, and went up there, arriving at 5:20. As soon as we opened the door to go in, we could hear all 3 of our dogs whining and crying, and jumping against the crate. As they were in the back room of the business, the dogs at that time could not SEE or HEAR us. I walked back and right away she told me that I COULD NOT come back there, for insurance purposes , and that I would " upset" the dogs. She had another dog on the table, and my 3 were still in the crates, unfinished. I asked her what the problem was, and why my dogs were NOT finished, as I was the first appointment that morning, and the first to go in the building. I proceeded to tell her that I had been having dogs groomed for 40 years, and that I had NEVER had a groomer to keep them that long. I told her to just give me my dogs, and I'd leave, that they weren't staying in that crate any longer. She told me if I took the dogs ungroomed, that I still had to pay her. We walked out to the car to discuss the situation, and she then came to the door with our poodle River in her arms, without his harness, leash, or collar, and shoved him out the door towards the pavement, and said " Take your dogs and leave, ! I've never been disrespected by anyone , the way that you just talked to me. I do as many dogs as I WANT to, to pay my bills, and I DO 20 dogs a day without complaints. We caught River and put him in the car, and then Steve took the other 2 dogs who were on leashes. NONE of the dogs were completely groomed, and had been in crates for OVER 9.5 hrs.....with NO FOOD, WATER OR POTTY BREAKS. This lady does NOT care about the dogs or how she treats them.....my dogs will never be going back !!!!
