Trying to return shoes to fitsville
Make it easier to return items by sending a returns label with purchased goods keep date delivered and parcel carrier

Been charged for item twice.
I placed an order with Optic Shop for £93.20 & have been charged twice.
I tried to place the order over 3 payments but it came back with an error.
It told me to place the order again which I did, only this time I placed it for the whole amount to be taken out of my bank.
Upon checking my Klarna it showed I have been charged the full amount & also the first monthly amount.
Please could you refund one of the amounts back to me & advise if I am paying over 3 months or the full amount.

This is the second time this has happened to me ,I placed a order money was taken from my account and nothing was delivered. Onbuy. com obviously has habit of making promises that they can not keep

its *** easier to deal with cancer than to get through to you .i only want to pay my bill in full ..,you got more security than the pentagon .. fuksake put ya phone number we will send a code ,code sent goes back to whats your phone number again press email option .have you registered . do you want full payment or not .
