The bracket that holds the snare drum on the bass drum, there are 3 brackets on top of the 16-inch bass drum: one to hold the cymbal, one to hold the Tom Tom, and one to hold the snare drum, which is missing. I need one bracket to tighten the rod to hold the snare drum on top of the bass drum.

Terrible customer service
They swapped the billing and shipping address, so package is being sent to wrong destination. UPS says they are the only ones that can correct it but KK Music Store refuse to change the shipping.
I wasn't planning on having a large package arrive so I have to cancel plans in order to reject it. They have refused to make any changes, even though they are the only ones that can. Complete disregard for customer, do not buy from them. If you have any issues you'll be alone and will not receive any support from Amazon (they sell as a 3rd party), KK Music Store, or UPS.
Everyone says the others have to do something and nothing gets fixed. Worst online buying experience in my life.

Preferred solution: Im disputing via my bank and expect that to be the refund, other than that they have treated me so poorly I want their reputation to suffer as a result of this. They've put me through *** for days because of this.

KK Music Store - Double Bass Review
Dont bother with these peple.. ..I bought a double bass back in september 4.
The first one was visually defective so i called and the scheduled to send me another bass. The new one arrived and was visually ok untill i took it to the music store to install the bridge. The bridge was too high, the chords are the cheapest quality and the finger board was not leveled properly... All in all its going to cost another 300 dollars to fix what is wrong with the instrument.
Save your money and get your instrument at your local music store. Their pricing is deceiving.

KK Music Store sent me Nacho Cheese Doritos instead of trombone
I wanted to buy trombone from KK Music Store and paid them $150.00 trough the Amazon. I've got a box of Nacho Cheese Doritos instead.
Isn't it insulting? If I were them I would not send anything at all if I don't have a trombone. I was completely pissed off. I spent thousands of dollars a year on Amazon purchases, but thanks to the sellers like KK Music Store I will stop buying anything from Amazon and I will turn back to the local stores.
In the past Amazon offered pretty good service; nowadays it became more like a scam.
I wrote the feed-back about this seller on Amazon and they refused to post it. I didn't insult anybody, just told what happened

I HAVE BOUGHT SEVERAL INEXPENSIVE INSTRUMENTS FROM KKK
I have bought over the years maybe 4 violins and a cello from KKK. The quality of the instruments is good enough for a beginner...not really bad....at all.
The company has always sent me the instruments quickly and packaged well. One time there was a damaged tuner and when I called they sent me a new one. I think they must sell MANY hundreds of instruments because they are about the cheapest source for beginning instruments around.
With so few complaints it seems they must be doing a pretty good job of satisfying customers because they've been in business for years and years so far. I hope they continue for a long time importing these inexpensive beginning instruments for kids and adults who may or may not decide to continue taking lessons.

Good Morning...Time to get your attention.
I ordered a Cello on 8/27. You created a UPS label. This is all that I have been told has been completed. I traced your UPS number and they say they were notified that a label had been generated, but they have never scanned the carton.
This instrument was ordered on 8/27 so that we would have it for classes beginning today. We figured that a 40 mile trek should take less than 10 days to deliver. It could have been walked here by now.
You are telling me that when I called you on 8/30 you took no action and did not return my call. I called you on 9/3 and you asked UPS to investigate, still did not return my call. Today you are telling me that UPS will have an answer on Friday.
I offered to drive to your warehouse to pick up a replacement and let you and UPS work out where the carton is or is not. You told me that if I would like to buy another one at full price that would be acceptable.
Let me make this clear....I am done caring weather UPS lost it or you never shipped it.
I am hopeful that the instrument is of higher quality than your customer service.
KK Music Store - stay far, far away!
I purchased a 1/8 size violin for my 4 year old daughter. It arrived in a banged up box via fed ex.
When I contacted customer service via phone, I spoke with a very nice woman who advised me to send pictures via email, which I did. The instrument had a damaged end pin (piece broke off) cracked rosin, and a broken fine tuner on the "G" string. They only offered to ship a new end pin and Rosin. When I told them I was not comfortable replacing the end pin myself, they said it is not that hard and to get my daughter's teacher to do it (she shouldn't have to!) What really *** me off, however, is that they tried to convince me that the broken fine tuner was normal (I am new to violins, but not a complete ***, thank you very much!) I both emailed and called and was assured that they all look like that.
Well, the teacher just had to look at it for about 5 seconds before she said, yeah, it's broken.
I have never received such *** customer service from an online seller. Stay far far away - I wasn't expecting a Strativarius for $90, but I did expect the instrument to arrive in one piece and not to be lied to!
Kept the cello and the money
This company is an unethical DISASTER to be avoided at all costs. Started with misleading advertisements - note the GERMAN type cello is made in CHINA -and a poor quality cello.
Returning it was supposed to be easy within the trial period. Turns out a cello can be badly enough "damaged" in their indestructible hard case during shipping that there is NO refund. I am out the money and the cello. Some business where you get to keep both!
Wish I had known what this company was like before I did business with them. This was a HORRIBLE and expensive experience.
Offerred quality and value, did not deliver
KK Music Store is a source that my 13 year old son found online. he was looking for a violin at an affordable price. imagine our surprise when on this slick website we found a rosewood and ebony full sized violin on sale for 80 dollars. there were other more expensive ones and this had originally been priced in the mid 100s so this all adds to the appearance of legitimacy.
Since we never got a confirmation of our order, my son started investigating and after all the negative reviews he found, he figured he'd been had and we resolved to file a complaint when we got to it.
well, it arrived, much to our surprise! thank goodness my son isn't the 8 year old we read about in one complaint, hoping for a magical christmas morning- we had a good laugh about the "rose wood" that is missing an entire section of stain, and the "ebony" that he had to convince me wasn't plastic but was the very same wood painted black.
in the end, we probably got what we paid for- a poorly made instrument with inferior sound. not a lot of skin off our nose, but no-one should expect KK Music Store to deliver what it promises.

You need to tell Amazon the order was incorrect. There is a way to do that by clicking on your order and then the "return or replace items" yellow button.
I have had mistakes in orders from Amazon and never had a problem returning the items or getting a refund. Amazon is very good at satisfying customers.
They didn't refuse to post it. I just read it there.
