Defective product
OI wrote to the company about a defective product, Honor lipstick refill, of which I ordered 3 on 10/12/22, order# 78994. Heretofore, I havent received a response.
I also called customer service during business hours & no one answered.
I have used this product previously without any issues & thats why I ordered 3 more refills. I also use the lip glosses, which I like, & have had no issues to date.
User's recommendation: Open your order immediately upon receipt to confirm product viability.
