Have been a customer for years.. Had been very satisfied. This year unable to get my download of a years worth of work.
I make a family DVD every year for gifts. I work on it through the year and then request download to be able to burn copies..
This year getting my download has been met with dead ends. I get info in email my file will be ready soon, and I wait for the second email to come saying it is ready. It does not come. I had sent this info to Pissed consumer and they contacted Kizoa and shortly thereafter I get an email saying my file is ready.
They send the wrong video.. I try addressing their customer service only to get emails back saying undeliverable.
To say the least this is disheartening, and all I want is the correct video to be able to make this years gifts.. Ugh.
