Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Called customer service and was routed to returns where I spoke with a kind gentleman who took care of the problem immediately.

The order just received is worn and washed, but stains remain. Someone returned it after wearing.

I bought a new pair and want these replaced as soon as possible, please. My hand is broken and I cannot wash someone's dirt.

Please remedy this. It is order 333****.

Shoe order not sent/. Shoe order was delivered to front porch but stolen

My son did not receive his kizik shoes that I paid for and you sent.

They must have been taken off the porch after delivery.

Outstanding customer service

White sneakers had some stains on it. First time I called they didnt answer so probably on lunch break. After I called again they answered and replaced my item easily.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Most of my communication was through email.

Only one time did I have to call. They were slow to believe me.

I returned them using FedEx.

They show being delivered to your company on 9/20/2024 at 7:10 PM

I havent t heard a word about you receiving them or me getting a refund.

When I finally got my shoes in 10/8, I had to pay a postage fee of $10.56! If they had been delivered on time to my Sarasota address, this would not have been a problem. I will be exchanging them as t

When I finally got my shoes at a post office, I had to pay postage if $10.56. Had they been delivered as promised to my Sarasota address, this would not have happened. Now I have to return them and exchange them for a larger size as they are too tight!
