When I finally got my shoes at a post office, I had to pay postage if $10.56. Had they been delivered as promised to my Sarasota address, this would not have happened. Now I have to return them and exchange them for a larger size as they are too tight!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Most of my communication was through email.

Only one time did I have to call. They were slow to believe me.

I returned them using FedEx.

They show being delivered to your company on 9/20/2024 at 7:10 PM

I havent t heard a word about you receiving them or me getting a refund.

Could you please help me resolve this.

I did talk to LETS CHAT and she was GREAT and she did send me a e-mail address to send the shoes back and I attached a return label and they are on their way back to you right now!!!
