Transfered money to a guy he tells me he never received it
Hey, i sent money to this account number: 38-9005-****878-02, the guy tells me he never received it and went into your bank and he said that you guys said there is nothing they can do and the transaction was not found. I would like to resolve this matter. The money amount totals up-to: 494 NZD.
