While I am watching channel 4, it keeps on flashing off it says technical difficulty. We are working on it and we will solve it soon and they never solve it. It started about three weeks ago now the new shows are on and I cant even watch them.

I'm glad to see you are keeping the public updated, though those adversely affected aren't seeing it. Just before Christmas our power went out for 5 days here in Puna and we couldn't even get an estimate as to when it would be back on!

It seemed like the linemen fled the Big to go elsewhere to work and we were left to fend for ourselves! Then, HELCO had the audacity to bill me $50 even though we were off island from December 13th - January 11th!!!

- - Good Morning Hawaii (5am-7am) did not announce the winner.
- - Told it would be announced in ten minutes, but never happened; corporate was rude.
When I watch a program good morning Hawaii from 5am to 7am and they do not announce a winner for a contest they are running and when I call in a out 10 mins before 7am to find out about the contest I was told they will announce the winner in ten minutes but it never happened and when I call corporate I get treated wrong and given rude customer service I am making a fcc complaint on this issue call me 1-80*-782-****
