- - Priority USPS 5-8 days; 19 days later, still not delivered and no tracking number.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Kept offering me a partial refund, until I reported them to the FBI, and then, BOOM, 100% refund, right now.
And then, as if by magic, my product was delivered here in Georgia, a day after it was shown to be in San Francisco for a week. DO NOT order from these people.
I ordered Kitty Supps taurine supplement for our cats for $45+. This was on December 18, 2025.
Priority USPS shipping, 5-8 days.
19 days later, still not here, but they darn sure got my money.
I have contacted them at least 4 times, and once got the answer, "we're so sorry. We'll give you a 9% refund, but your order has been shipped" *** Their website tells me it's "in transit", but doesn't give a tracking number, nor will kittysupps give me a tracking number.
Needless to say, I'm pissed.
