My cat passed away and I cancelled my delivery. Now that I have a new cat I reinstated my order.
I need my delivery to be 2 boxes every 2 weeks so it isnt so heavy. I sent an email to customer service to see if they could change my order 4 boxes every 4 weeks to 2 boxes every 2 weeks. I could not figure how to change this order online so I sent am email.
It took 3 days and I receiver several other emails from them having nothing to do with my problem. That is the reason I dont like to give out my email.

Bag of litter torn 2 times Cardboard piercing the side of the bag and causing litter to fall out. I actually like your product but feel you need to come up with another solution to safeguard the kitty litter bag.
No problems , I just needed a bigger cat litter box w a lid
No issues , good company, prompt delivery, my cat is bigger now & has different needs ! All in all its been a good experience!

I have never been able to redeem any points, and I've tried several times. Why isn't it set up right?

Was a loyal customer monthly since 2019. I was moving and left it at my old address since the shipment should have arrived by the time my move out date was and I could not send it to my new address yet.
We'll fedex tracking said it would arrive the 21st, then the 23rd and then the 25th which is tomorrow and I had to be out the 24th. Called FedEx and said only the shipper could have it sent somewhere else or held for me to pickup before they delivered it. Contact Kitty Poo Club which I pay 80 dollars for 3 boxes and they said oh well I hope you get your package. They claim to have "top notch customer service" but yet that was the respo se I received from.
When I explained the situation further they offered me half off and then were so kind to cancel account for me. That's what you get.
Thats ok pretty litter is almost half the cost even with buying my own disposable pans as they offer discounts when you buy more in a short time. 198 for 3 cats for 6 months as opposed.to 80 dollars a.month for kitty poo club.

Cancel my subscription due to inaccurate orders and billing errors
Already typed it all not doing it again, if you call they hang up on you. Calling better business and putting in to my bank, FRAUD, to get my money back

While Kitty poos product itself is awesome, they need to offer shipping options. I would gladly pay more to use any shipping company other than FedEx.
FedEx is by far the worst shipping company in the mix today. It has taken them upwards of two weeks to get my order to me on the West coast.
The order I am currently waiting for is at 15 days and counting. Cannot blame Kitty poo club for this, however they don't offer any other choice because of this thinking about trying pretty litter.

Verified ReviewerResolved: Ordered 3 of product to to try as they tout their 100 percent money back guarantee. I then noticed they would only refund a single box if consumer didn't like product.
They refunded my money and we started fresh with one box which has a guaranteed full refund if the cats won't use it/don't adapt to it.
Regarding cancellation, yet it still went through I left five messages and FINALLY got a call back and was told to write RETURN TO SENDER and give back to carrier. I did so, and they still haven't refunded my $76.06.
When I go to "log in" it reads "create account no account found". Yet they have my money!!
Also they offer 25 percent off your 1st purchase but that code doesn't work, I initially had to fight for that too!! My original amount for the 3 products was $93.+ but they took off $15+ after 3 messages regarding the "failure to launch" of their coupon code.
