I DID NOT GET THE FURNITURE I ORDERED AND THE MANUFACTURER DID NOT EVEN START TO BUILD IT AND NO ONE FROM KITTLES CALLED ME TO LET ME KNOW ANYTHING

I CALLED THE MANAGER ON THE 29TH OF JUNE SHE SAID SHE WOULD CALL THE MANUFACTURE AND CALL ME BACK IN ONE HOUR TWO HOURS LATER I CALLED HER BACK SHE SAID SHE HAS SOME BAD NEWS THE FURNITURE I ORDERED HAS NOT EVEN STARTED TO BE BUILT NO ONE FROM KITTLES EVER CALLED ME I WAS THE ONE CALLING THEM AND AFTER A MONTH AND A HALF OF WAITING AND TO BE TOLD THEY HAVE NOT EVEN STARTED IS REALLY WRONG AND SOME ONE FROM KITTLES SHOULD HAVE BEEN CALLING ME AND LETTING ME KNOW WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY ORDER I WANT MY MONEY BACK THREE PEOPLE HAVE LIED ABOUT WHEN I WOULD GET THE FURNITURE DELIVERED AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK I TOLD THE MANAGER SHE TOLD ME I COULD GET MY MONEY BACK I DID NOT GET ANY APOLOOGY SO I GO THERE AND SHE TELLS ME BEFORE I COULD SAY ANYTHING I AM NOT GETTING MY MONEY BACK I WAS EVEN MORE UPSET SHE SAID SHE WOULD HAVE TO MAIL IT TO ME IT WOULD TAKE 5 DAYS AND I WOULD HAVE TO GO TO THE BANK AND CASH IT THIS IS BY FAR THE WORSE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD

I still do not have the furniture I ordered from may 18 and they keep telling me lies about the date I will eventualy get it

Do not buy anything from kittles I purchased and ordered A sofa and love seat from kittles may 18 the person that did the paper work and it has the date of delivery as june 22 I waited until the 26th of june no one there at kittles calls me so I call them they tell me it should be delivered before the end of june the 28 or 29 I said why did I not recieve a call or text or email no one has contacted me it is the 29 of june and so I called them again asking where the furniture is the lady was not very polite she told me The furniture in her words MIGHT BE DELIVERED SOMETIME IN JULY she was not sure when it would be that is a terrible way to do business they do not call or communicate or text or email me I was going to give my old furniture to some one that really needs it so now they are waiting i do not know when or if I will ever get this furniture and kittles will not let me know anything I have to do all the calling and communication BS

User's recommendation: Do not buy anything from kittles that you have to order.

What looks like used furniture.

purchased a very expensive leather sofa. when delivered the sofa had mared places on cushions, the dust cover on bottom of sofa was ssgging and not stapled well. the leather on the bottom front of the sofa is stspled in such a way that there is a ripple look to it. POOR CRAFTMANSHIP. this is not the quality furniture that kittles use to carry. my son's sofa also had several prolems too. I will not buy at kittles again.......

Horrible Experience

I ordered a complete leather living room suite and was told it would take 6 weeks to come in. However, it came in 2 weeks after ordering, which was great. Once the furniture was brought in, we noticed one cushion was stuck out in the front about 1 1/2 inch longer than the other. We were told a their repair guy would have to come out and inspect it, which he did 3 weeks later, but I had to call the store for I never heard from him. It has been over 10 weeks and I have called numerous times, only to hear it is on order. I informed the manager that I refuse to accept a new cushion and to order me a new sofa, which he assured me he would. If my sofa isn't in within 2 weeks, I informed them I would contact all the News Channels in Indianapolis. It is sad that you can get a whole new living room suit made and delivered in 2 weeks, but takes over 10 weeks and still no replacement part has come in. I refuse to do business with Kittles again. They get your $7000 plus money, but you don't get nothing but the run around when you call them with a problem. Sad, when the consumer calls and they never return your phone calls. Think twice before do business with this store. Inspect your furniture at delivery and if something isn't right, refuse the delivery.

Sold inferior product

Wasted money My wife and I purchased sectional sofa in August 2013 from Bloomington store. At time of sale we were told that piece was leather, not bonded leather, except areas not sat on. Also purchased extended warranty. June 2017 the wedge section, rarely sat on, began to badly peel. When I reported it to store I was told 1) this is bonded leather (lied to at time of sale) 2) warranty does not cover upholstery (at time of sale was told it did) 3) told "nothing the store could or would do, call customer service." I called customer "service" and sent pictures of damage. Next day Kittles called to say the manufacturer no longer made this piece so I could not "buy" replacement and thus nothing would be done. This sectional replaced one we purchased from Macys about 20 years and four children ago that unit was used more than the Kittles unit and looked better after 20 years and only the two of us, than the "new unit". I was sold a poor product and lied to. Bottom line Kittles charged high price for junk. As another reviewer posted better to buy at Big Lots. I will never enter another Kittles and would advise others the same, lest you wish to be ripped off. If possible I would have given "negative" stars.

we bought mattress and liv rm furniture. 1st the couch, ordered for a del. date agreed upon, never showed up then they tell me all pieces not in stock. I say del what you have and they try to double charge del fee. 5 was later we get the rest of it off the showroom floor because the missing pieces were on 6 mos back order which they knew when they sold it to us. Long story short "Larry" and the whole Lafayette store sucked from the beginning to the end. Less than a year later our gently used couch looks 5 yrs old. Worst buy of my life !!!!

$700 Chair and $1500 sofa.. Only 1 year and looks terrible.

I went to Kittles thinking I would buy a really nice set of furniture that could possibly last us 10 plus years if not more. I paid $1200 for the sofa and $700 for the chair. I also purchased the warranty and guardsmen plan thinking it would cover everything. The Chair looks terrible, the fabric did not hold up it has major peeling fuzz balls on it. I couldn't sell it for $50.00 if I tried. The sofa started peeling in several places on the head rest and the reclining part broke, the back of the sofa started separating in the back also,it also has stitching that started coming undone. Did I mention my husband and I rarely use this furniture, and have had it for only 3 years. All of these problem happened only 1 year after having it. I couldn't image what it would look like if we were home all the time. I can't even give the sofa away. I have called Kittles and they gave me a number to send pictures. They said they couldn't do anything. After sending pictures and answering 100 questions.. Guess what??? They won't fix any of the problems. I would never to go Kittles to buy anything. I paid over 500 for a coverage protection and they won't cover anything. NOT HAPPY

I fell for the chair. $600 plus dollars later less then a year this chair is going flat, it hurts my neck, it reclines and the leg rest is pathetically thin and hurts my legs. I hate this chair which is what got me out shopping for another chair a NEW chair and I EXPECTED THAT HIGHER PRICES STILL MEANT BETTER QUALITY...IT DOES NOT!! I HATE THIS CHAIR, I HATE THIS STORES SELECTION AS WITH ALL THE OTHER STORES WE WENT TO IN SEARCH OF SOMETHING THAT WOULD BE AN INVESTMENT not another waste of time energy and monies...Do any exist? How many stores how many chairs couches and beds do i have to test and try to find the one that IS QUALITY IS GOOD FOR ME??
