Unauthorized charge

I ordered 1 set of headband for $8.00, and pushed the Decline button for satin pillow cases. Instead, I was charged for both items. I want this remedied, as it seems impossible to reach your 'customer service' by phone. I want this situation resolved immediately. Thank you for scamming my card. User's recommendation: Be careful of extra offers at checkout, Even though I checked 'Decline', I was charged for additional item.
