Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered.

Placed an order on 12-09-2021 and paid with my debit card. I emailed them on 12-20-2021 to find out what the hold up was and that I wanted a refund. They responded and told me that it was on the truck so they couldnt issue a refund. I asked for tracking information and they stopped responding. Ive sent 3 more emails and they havent replied. Ive called them and it goes straight to voicemail. Ive left 2 voicemails and havent received any communication from them. I filed a complaint with FTC and they have a LOT of negative reviews and complaints on the Better Business Bureaus website.

User's recommendation: Do NOT order anything from this “business”.
