Horrible Merchandise Return Policy
I ordered a VERY expensive kitchen cabinet blind corner insert from the company. After installing the product I found that I could not use it because of insufficient clearance outside of the cabinet.
I contacted the company to return the 75 pound item and THE COMPANY REQUIRED ME TO REIMBURSE THEM FOR THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING, PAY THE RETURN SHIPPING AND A 15% RESTOCKING FEE! There was no way for me to know that the unit would not work in my kitchen.
The company return policy is ridiculous! They may gain a little money, but they've lost a customer forever and I will do everything I can to let internet customers know to avoid this company.
