Is NOT Kitchenaid but a lame company called Repair Clinic

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

The worst parts seller on the internet. Is backed by a company called Repairclinic.

A useless company that has no means of contact that is viable. chat did not work, email was not responded to and phone cantact took an hour an a half.

Placed an order and realized an error. tried to cancel by sending 17 emails within a half hour of placing the order.

Tried chat but is was non functional. finally spoke to a customer service representative who claimed to email the warehouse to cancel the order.

8 hours later I got an email notifying me of the shipping,,

NEVER AGAIN;

Buy your factory OEM parts elsewhere.

Don't buy anything from this company. The order was delayed, they are not shipping replacements, and have rude customer support!

The coated paint started wearing off, mostly I hand wash those small parts.

I am afraid the paint is wearing of in food.

Stopped using but cant find a reliable replacement.

Called parts department and he shut me out saying its $20 item what do I need.

Example of a perfect failed support and marketing if one can buy $400 item , $20 aint big deal. The concern was quality improvement and better product.

I hope kitchenaid sees this and delivers better quality parts.

I did not ask for refund or exchange so my ratings are not for that service.

Unfair treatment BEWARE !!!

KitchenAidParts Com - Unfair treatment BEWARE !!!

I paid $18 to return to KitchenAid Parts a silverware basket tha was way too big for my dishwasher. I received an email saying they wouldnt allow it to be returned because it had some water spots on it.

I never saw a water spot on it and suggested they wipe them off. They said I could pay the postage to have the basket returned to me. Their policy on website is pictured below. No hassle it reads.

What a joke. They dont return phone calls. Its a lousy company to do business with. Im out the price of the silverware basket $65!

and $18 to send it back. If I dont pay to have it returned they

Destroy it.

What a mess. They are in Canton Michigan.

Kitchenaid parts.com is nothing but a scam company. They say you are buying from them, but the product comes from a third party company.

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I ordered part from Kitchenaid parts.com and received product from another company. Went to return for refund was told if product was plugged in then they cant issue refund.

I have never heard of a company not issuing a refund if part is not needed.

All companies such as Home Depot, Costco, Lowes, Sams Club and others issue refunds on products that are opened, plugged in and then returned for refund. Kitchenaid parts.com and Repairclinic.com are nothing but scam artist.

Unresponsive business

I order a replacement part for my KitchenAid oven on 12/14/2022. Because the missing part prevents me from using the oven, I requested the 2-day FedEx delivery.

A couple of days later I realized that I ordered the wrong part, so I tried to call this company, but I only got the run around answering system that tells you that your call will be answered in the next minute repeatedly forever.

I also tried the chat system that they present also without success.

The message it presents is ridiculous: "We really want to chat with you and will be with you shortly". Which never happens.

As of today (01/04/2022) the part has not arrived yet.

If I could give zero stars I would. They sent the wrong part, TWICE.

Receipt say contact via live chat on the website. There is no live chat on the website. Good luck getting anyone to answer the phone when you call and there is no customer service email.

Absolutely horrible! At this point Im out $45 and still dont have what I need with no apparent way to return it.

Horrible horrible service

KitchenAidParts Com - Horrible horrible service

I ordered a burner grate to replace a broken grate on my 36" KitchenAid gas range. I paid for overnight shipping and Saturday delivery.

The part arrived BROKEN. I contacted customer service, and got someone who could not communicate. They were adamant that they could not help me without the model number of my range. I did not have to input the model of the range in order to place the order, but now, they won't stand by their product because I can't crawl under the granite of my kitchen island and find a model number on the underside of an installed gas range.

The idiot on the phone actually told me that if I needed to find the model number, I should "open the door" on it. ??? They refused to help me. I'm probably out $174.

Service is abysmal. We asked for a supervisor, but could not get one. Two different agents refused to send on to a supervisor. We will elevate this to Whirlpool corporate level.

If they would have offered to resolve the issue, it would have been useful, but they did not.

They appeared to be more interested in arguing with us.

This business appears to be a scam--trying to front as if they are the "official" KitchenAid. The employees that my wife and I spoke to should, honestly, be terminated for how they speak to paying customers, but in today's current climate, I guess you get what you get.

KitchenAidParts.com parts are defective!

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

There is a company called, "KitchenAidparts.com" and it looks like the actual KitchenAid website, but it is a THIRD party! This third party company states that they provide, NEW KitchenAid Certified parts.

When our part arrived, it was scratched on both sides of the dairy bin door window. Not a little scratched, it looked like it had been drug thru gravel. But desperate to get the butter dish door back on, we decided the scratches were not going to be noticeable after the kids/butter got back at it. It looked like the same part.

But when we tried to place it back on the dairy dish box.. the USED part was warped and it broke off the holders from the box. We now have to replace the entire dairy bin and KitchenAidparts.com, despite having received 7 pictures of the defective item and what it had caused to occur, they will not replace the bin, just the dairy door again. Upon closer inspection of the model numbers of both the door my kids cracked, and the "new" replacement part model numbers, we noticed the numbers molded into the plastic were the same, but the "new" part has 4 XXXX's stamped across it.

The jacka** at KitchenAidparts.com said the four XXXX's did NOT indicated that this was a defective part! Talk about a scam!!!!

KitchenAidparts.com is NOT the real KitchenAid company. They are a third party, that looks VERY much like KitchenAid and they sold us a "new" part that was not only not new, it was severely scratched and warped to the point it damaged the holder. Company service manager, "Ray" said he would be more than happy to wave the shipping costs on the replacement part that we now need for $69.99!

Wow, what an offer; we will claim to sell brand new certified KitchenAid parts, mail customers used defective parts and then charge them for additional parts that our defective part breaks!

Its brilliant! Great business model!
