Unresponsive business
I order a replacement part for my KitchenAid oven on 12/14/2022. Because the missing part prevents me from using the oven, I requested the 2-day FedEx delivery. A couple of days later I realized that I ordered the wrong part, so I tried to call this company, but I only got the run around answering system that tells you that your call will be answered in the next minute repeatedly forever. I also tried the chat system that they present also without success. The message it presents is ridiculous: "We really want to chat with you and will be with you shortly". Which never happens. As of today (01/04/2022) the part has not arrived yet.
User's recommendation: Don't ever use this business.

Sent wrong part, no customer service
If I could give zero stars I would. They sent the wrong part, TWICE. Receipt say contact via live chat on the website. There is no live chat on the website. Good luck getting anyone to answer the phone when you call and there is no customer service email. Absolutely horrible! At this point Im out $45 and still dont have what I need with no apparent way to return it.
User's recommendation: Do NOT shop here.

Horrible horrible service
I ordered a burner grate to replace a broken grate on my 36" KitchenAid gas range. I paid for overnight shipping and Saturday delivery. The part arrived BROKEN. I contacted customer service, and got someone who could not communicate. They were adamant that they could not help me without the model number of my range. I did not have to input the model of the range in order to place the order, but now, they won't stand by their product because I can't crawl under the granite of my kitchen island and find a model number on the underside of an installed gas range. The idiot on the phone actually told me that if I needed to find the model number, I should "open the door" on it. ??? They refused to help me. I'm probably out $174. Service is abysmal. We asked for a supervisor, but could not get one. Two different agents refused to send on to a supervisor. We will elevate this to Whirlpool corporate level. If they would have offered to resolve the issue, it would have been useful, but they did not. They appeared to be more interested in arguing with us. This business appears to be a scam--trying to front as if they are the "official" KitchenAid. The employees that my wife and I spoke to should, honestly, be terminated for how they speak to paying customers, but in today's current climate, I guess you get what you get.
User's recommendation: Avoid kitchenaidparts.com like the plague.

KitchenAidParts.com parts are defective!
There is a company called, "KitchenAidparts.com" and it looks like the actual KitchenAid website, but it is a THIRD party! This third party company states that they provide, NEW KitchenAid Certified parts. When our part arrived, it was scratched on both sides of the dairy bin door window. Not a little scratched, it looked like it had been drug thru gravel. But desperate to get the butter dish door back on, we decided the scratches were not going to be noticeable after the kids/butter got back at it. It looked like the same part. But when we tried to place it back on the dairy dish box.. the USED part was warped and it broke off the holders from the box. We now have to replace the entire dairy bin and KitchenAidparts.com, despite having received 7 pictures of the defective item and what it had caused to occur, they will not replace the bin, just the dairy door again. Upon closer inspection of the model numbers of both the door my kids cracked, and the "new" replacement part model numbers, we noticed the numbers molded into the plastic were the same, but the "new" part has 4 XXXX's stamped across it. The jacka** at KitchenAidparts.com said the four XXXX's did NOT indicated that this was a defective part! Talk about a scam!!!! KitchenAidparts.com is NOT the real KitchenAid company. They are a third party, that looks VERY much like KitchenAid and they sold us a "new" part that was not only not new, it was severely scratched and warped to the point it damaged the holder. Company service manager, "Ray" said he would be more than happy to wave the shipping costs on the replacement part that we now need for $69.99! Wow, what an offer; we will claim to sell brand new certified KitchenAid parts, mail customers used defective parts and then charge them for additional parts that our defective part breaks! Its brilliant! Great business model!
