Zero customer service
Worst customer service ever. I cannot find words to describe the total absence of customer support from Kitchenaid.
Thankfully, the particular product in this instance is only some measuring cups that have all cracked with little use and no abuse.
I rang the customer support line, who gave me the email address to write to (customercare@***.com.au) - 'The Cookware Company'.
I got an automated acknowledgement to say they got my email and never any further response or contact.
I followed up several times with the same result.
I contacted one of the other 'customer service' addresses who told me to contact the same place and when I explained that I had no response the suggested another. I eventually got someone to reply who sought further details and then never replied to me again (customercareeu@***.com).
This has gone on for many months now and I've got nothing.
Thankfully my expensive Kitchenaid products have not broken down, but I fear the day they do.

Verified ReviewerThey will not sell Stand mixer Food Grade Grease
The grease in my 2 YEAR OLD bowl lift kitchenaid stand mixer started to break down and oil started to leak out of it. I contacted Kitchenaid for replacement grease and was told that they only sold the grease to repairers and that I would have to take it to get repaired.
It is a simple operation to remove top of unit, get all the grease out and repack it. Not a rocket science job. It is on You Tube. I contacted Kitchenaid in England and they are sending me the grease.
You get better service from overseas than you do in Australia.
Nearly all of my kitchenaid attachements I have bought overseas. It is cheaper and including postage beats the prices they charge in Australia.

Kitchen aid repairs
I have had to have my Kitchen aid processor repaired at John Thomas Ballarat The blade had melted onto the device
Firstly John Thomas lied about the time frame 2 weeks if parts had to be ordred when i questioned them 10 days later the older lady said "i don't Care about your Kitchen Aid".The older women was so rude im supressed they are trading
I have phoned Kitchen Aid who don't care either try talk to a person that cares a joke
There are far better products and lower cost than Kitchen Aid
DO NOT BUY KITCHEN AID AND AVOID JOHN THOMAS ELECTRICAL REPAIRS BALLARAT

Kitchen aid classic blender has *** jug
I used to have a kitchen aid blender with a glass jug it was a fantastic machine. I have had 2 classic blenders with the plastic jug and the blade in the jug loosens and liquid spills out into the blender.
The bottom cannot be tightened so somehow the liquid spills into the motor eventually. This wrecks the motor. The company has not accepted responsibility. More *** kitchenware...
its a shame when they used to make such quality...
no better than breville and sunbeam now. I fear we are continually buying poor quality appliances, not fixing things and there is such a lot of rubbish created.
