I placed an online order on December 4th since they advertise 24-hour shipping on their website. So I paid nearly $10 in shipping, and as of December 17th, my order is nowhere to be found.
Since they claim it was shipped on December 10th, I am not able to cancel the order.
I reached out to customer service on December 14th, and they said they would look into the issue, but then they refused to respond to any further messages and have not provided any updates. So I didn't receive my order, and they refuse to provide a refund.

Nov 1 at 1 am I have bought a garbage bin.Nov 2 at 11 am went for return. They found little stain on the bin .
I drove back and forth 50 min after cleaning the stain .Now they are saying they cant return because it is used.
I did not use only 18 hours it was in house. How rude and unprofessional.

I went to return something and had a bad experience with sales person keep
Argue with me and said you used this item I can't take it back it's okay I understand they need check before get the item, but she doesn't need to talk about all the customer, everyone saying the same thing when they come to return. Is this how a sales person behave with costumer I can't believe this I was so upset and writing this the person who talk me like this ID 5750-SF I found on my receipt number 13641****. Could you please give her training we are coming there to go shopping, something like this feel like don't want to go again.
