I need to replace the 3/8 square cutter head for the Progressive Deluxe Potato Cutter

I was using it for the first time, and kept forgetting to clamp the cutter in the slot provided for it, the head kept lifting, and the pressure sprung the sides. I am pissed at myself for being so stone-headed.
