When I called to order a replacement *** for a lid, I was told for an $8 dollar *** it would be $50 dollars. I agreed reluctantly.

So when I checked my account you took $71 dollars. Very unhappy I will never recommend this product to anyone ever again.!!!

Kitchen Craft Cookware - Positive review

Bought from an authorized dealer in 1990. They still look like new and work like the day I bought them.

Looking to buy the sauté pans because I didnt get in my original set.

I have bought different brand of sauté pans over the years and always have to replace them after a couple years. Follow the directions on Kitchen Craft and they will last a lifetime.

Love this cook and bakeware. Its been the best ever.

Healthier cookware will never use that *** no stick crap again.

Have never had a problem with any of it. Plus most others are made in China or else where.

Cons:
  • Prices are a bit much
  • Prices high
  • Poor quality vs price paid

Preferred solution: Lower price some.

Kitchen Craft might be a very good line of cookware, but the average homeowner will find the prices rather out of their ability to pay.

I went to a boat show in st.louis mo. They had a guy putting on a show, made it look like it was the best investment ever.

Boy let me tell you it wasnt. Everything you look it it besides vegs sticks and burns no matter if you put it on their number 2 lowest heat or not. You call and complain and they send you cooking instructions that you follow still the same. Then you call and want a return and they tell you only if u havent used cookware.

Well hello, you know i used it thats how i know its no good. So let me save you time Dont buy it!!!! Walmart pans are BETTER!!

Plus alot cheaper and if something goes wrong you can return it. O and i have filed a complaint with BBB

I have purchased a set from kitchen craft and extremely happy with the cookware. I keep the setting on medium to low also add a little bit of water virgin olive oil while I'm cooking as I was told from customer service. I just want to say excellent customer service and I love the cookware

Guest

although, I appreciate your review on the none stick aspect and they should not advertise that point, I just checked out the set. They are very well made and a heavy pot is the best for cooking.

I will be ordering a set.

Just keep in mind you should always use oils and or deglazers with any pot or pan that is not nonstick. I think if you use them properly, you will find they are far superior to any light weight crap you find in WM.

Worst Customer Service Ever

I went to a home show and seen this cookware. They told me I could put it in layaway.

I put $275 down and they said they would send the rest in the mail. They said they sent a welcome kit but I received nothing. For month I’ve called the corporate number and been transferred to who could help me. No one answered so I left voicemails with no return call.

Finally, I get a hold of someone which her name was Jo Lynn and she said she doesn’t have a boss and there’s no one to talk to but her. I explained my husband had passed away and I’ve been trying to get a hold of someone to cancel my order. She said there’s nothing she can do about it and my money is their money now unless I pay $1744.00. I explained to them that I had no life insurance and I’m possibly going to lose my home.

She didn’t care. There was never a “I’m sorry for the loss of your husband”, “my condolences”, she’s was rude and had a horrible attitude. Then she said, I’m hanging up, and click she hung up on me while I was talking to her.

I have talked to two people and I have found out no one likes this woman. What a horrible person to work for.

Kitchen Craft Pans Rusting

Kitchen Craft Cookware - Kitchen Craft Pans Rusting

I suppose purchasing pots and pans or other household items is not such a great idea when visiting a state fair, it's all high pressure selling and you are bound to make mistakes in judgement. For certain, the wife and I have been taken for a ride more than once at these events. Water is over the dam, and we are stuck with over $1700 worth of "lifetime" cookware which seems to last just a few years before the bottoms begin to rust through into the "core" material, or the lid handles fall apart due to dishwasher cleaning (clearly states they are dishwasher safe in their literature). The company will replace the components, all one has to do is pay freight back to their factory, and then, render a check for them to ship a replacement to you. They have replaced several of our components, however, I am rendering this complaint more as a heads-up for future buyers. Stay away from this brand, the cookware is overpriced junk.

Look closely at the picture I posted, you can clearly see the rust holes bleeding rust from the "secret material" inside the bottom of the pan.

Oddly enough, our inherited Magnalite and Revereware pots and pans are still as good as they were fifty plus years ago.

If you use carbon steel "Brillo' type pads for cleaning stainless steel you can expect that it is going to rust because the carbon transfers and impregnates the stainless steel and causes it to rust. NEVER use carbon steel pads to clean stainless. That's the ONLY way stainless steel will rust.

Kitchen craft- don't buy ever

I bought a set of pots and pans from Kitchen Craft in Miami, FL. I called their customer service before the set arrived to request a set of knives.

What a horrible customer service! An awful woman picked up the phone not letting me explain. So I decided to cancel my order. That cost me nearly $600.00 which was 30% of the set of pots and pans I never even saw.

As soon as the UPS man arrived I told him to take them back. Dont buy from them ever!!!! You'll just be paying for an overprised item(s) and they will never tell you about their return policy.

In which they keep 30% of your hard-earned money. Shame on them and I don't recommend this to anyone.

I wrote a review relative to my experience on this site also. The stuff is overpriced, customer service is there, but snotty, and the pans and lids are anything but "lifetime". That is unless you don't mind paying freight both ways to have them send replacement lids (they fall apart if washed in machine), or pans, whose bottoms rust through into the inner substance and then bleed it into your food.

Guest

I saw the 30% restocking fee on my order form. I read all the fine print.

I have these pans since the late 60's and love them. I have found the customer service to be very helpful, even when I broke a handle they sent a new one with no questions asked.

They now make the pans in their new Americraft factory in West Bend, WI. (they used to be made by the West Bend Company) I guess anyone can have buyers remorse, but each order states on it that you have three days to cancel.

You probably waited after that time to try and cancel. You should have kept them, you would not have been sorry!

Guest

They don't make the pots or pans either! :eek It's almost like joining a cult if you become a team member.

I love my Kitchen Craft! I add on to my set every year. One thing, they dont make or sell knives...
