Kitchen Craft Cabinetry Reviews

Hello, I am reaching out because I own a home with the kitchen craft thermophore cabinetry that was built new five years ago. The foil wrapping on the cabinet doors is now peeling after very minimal normal kitchen use.

Our retailer tells us that the cabinets are not warranted against heat and that the damage is caused by using a toaster and a kettle and a stove around the cabinets occasionally. This is not a heavy use. The kitchen only two of us lived there and we dont often eat at home. It is very disturbing to me that kitchen craft would manufacture a product that cannot stand up to normal household use.

I am aware that kitchen cabinets have been manufactured for many centuries made most often from wood, and that they are generally capable of aesthetic regular use for decades, if not centuries without disintegrating. I am very upset about the quality of the thermafoil product and I would like to address this with someone at your company.

I have purchased cabinets from lowes and drawers are not lined up straight and customer service will not help.

My contractor ordered the wrong cabinet and when he hung it was wrong and lowes will not let me return it.

I am not sure to talk to about get this corrected.

KC and parent co Master craft have done everything possible to make it impossible to contact them. Any complaints sent via their web portal are immediately routed to your local dealer, which means if your problem is WITH THE LOCAL DEALER, you've just been sent back to the very same people who are screwing you over. I've never encountered a company with so many customers who refuses to speak to any of them.

The edges of the cabinets are very sharp. We are trying to speak with someone in person and cannot get anyone in person.

We have a few other concerns that would require a representative to bond out to the house to see. How do we get someone to call us back?

We had our builder install Kitchen Craft cabinets in our new lakefront house. On installation doors were damaged, inside there was different materials used from cabinet to cabinet, Installer walked on top of the Wolf stove (scratched stainless steel), Side panels aren't maple and don't match doors. Doors were changed and we now have as many as 5 diferent shades of white on the doors. Masterbrand feels that it's acceptable!

They made a *** product and don't back it up with any type of service.

Julie, your attempt to ignor our complaints got us the answer that you could have given us 4 / 5 months ago "*** off"
