Wanted to return a fry pan

The pan sticks and it is hard to clean. I also find your pissed consumer very disrespectful. If this is the way you refer to your customers I never plan to purchase anything from you in the future. I am a dissatisfied customer!

Hi this isvary sad i have been in the store and bought almost 1100$ stuff but the guy work there and the girl name Megan are v rude and layer both laye to me and gave me the wrong mixer and that 340$ stuff it is in dallas tx Allen outlet mall plese let me know how i can return that

Disgusting

Gulfport MS store... never again! The manager was rude , sighing . I asked her s question about a pan and she uh huh me without even looking up. When asked her cashier for the sake price she said it’s here I said nevermind I’ll use my calculator.. this store should not even be in this mall! This visit literally blows my mind. If my little girl wasn’t with me they would understand respect ! And no name tags ! No names anywhere !

False advertisement

At checkout you were given a choice of shipping options. I picked USPS 2-day priority. When I checked status of order, it was shipped UPS. When asked why it was not shipped with my choice, they stated because it was cheaper than the shipping I chose. Then why do they offer choices of shipping if they ship the way they want. Looks like false advertising.

Worst customer service

I ordered a small item from them on sec 14th. It was 2 freezer mugs as i broke my husbands by accident and needed a replacement. Today is is dec 19th 5 days later and my package still hasnt shipped to my knowledge. I got the order confirm email but no shipping info yet. Tried emailing customer service no reply keep calling cusromer service keep getting voicemail or after hours message even when i call during business hours. I have left 5 voicemails still no call back.

Don't bother reviewing KCs products

The four packages of difficult to clean, stuck on crumbs, silicone baking cups were also gifts for two daughters-in-law. Thus it was doubly annoying since they were gifts!

Bought a few packages of 6 regular size Hamilton Beach silicone baking cups and after using them a couple of weeks ago, I tried to leave a One Star review. Why? They were a particularly poor design that the muffins stuck in, leaving half of the muffin stuck in the cup after trying to free it, plus they were very difficult to wash and clean. Mentioned the experience and the incredibly poor design of these cups in a "One Star" review on the Kitchen Collection website. I checked back today to see if the review was there and not surprisingly, it was not. Rule of thumb, don't waste your time leaving a less than enthusiastic product review on the Kitchen Collection website. Also, if you have some time check out the "Glassdoor.com" reviews of the company's horrible employee treatment.

The Wicked Witch of Kitchen Collection

A few years ago, me and my mom went to the Washington Crow Center mall in Washington, Pa. While there, we bought a hot drink maker but when we got it home, we ran into some problems. First, we couldn't remove the small stopper to clean it and get it ready. When I grabbed the lever that releases the drink, it came off in my hand and could not be snapped back into place. When I poured milk into the hot drink maker, it began leaking out of the nozzle. The next day I took it back and met an employee named Fran and explained the problem. Full refund. A few months later, me and my mom went back to Kitchen collection to get an electric roaster or something else. When we opened the box, it was too small. The next day we took it back and there was Fran again. Full Refund. One month later, we went back and got another electric roaster and took it home. When the box was opened, my dad noticed that it had a dent in it. Next day, we went back to Kitchen Collection at the mall and again there was Fran. When we explained what happened this time, she snapped at me and my mom and accused of returning every item we ever purchased from the store. She gave us a full refund but from then on, me and my mom wouldn't go in Kitchen Collection if Fran was there. I later found out from a much nicer employee that Fran was the manager and that made my heart sink as I was hoping I could file a proper complaint against her.

Let's look beyond the fact you are a serial returner for just one moment.

1. I can appreciate the first return.

The product was either defective or you were ham-fisted and broke it. Let's give you the benefit of the doubt on this one.

2. You bought an electric roaster or something else. Well, that's sort of an important detail, don't you think?

Those have size specifications on the box. It's your fault for buying a size that was incorrect for your needs. The Kitchen Collection didn't force you buy that particular model. That was voluntary.

Fran was gracious enough to excuse your lack of forethought with a full refund by your own admission.

3. Did the dent affect the functionality of the roaster? Did you even bother to check? How do we know your Dad didn't dent it when loading or driving like a maniac down Chestnut Street?

Again, Fran probably recognized all of you by now, and STILL took the merchandise back and generously offered a full refund, again by your own admission.

4. Your preferred solution was to "fire the ignorant ***". Well, by that, we'd probably have to know where you work.

Fran sounds like a fair and equitable person who took care of the customer at every turn despite their thinly veiled attempts to abuse their point of sale policy. Next time try engaging your mind in some qualitative reasoning and make sure you actually know what you are buying before you buy it.

Cashier never talks to customers. She is talking on the phone...

We are ready to check out. The cashier was talking on the phone (sounded like with her friend), never said anything even "hi" to us....just keep talking and talking on the phone (she has one of those earphone type phone, so the store video cannot show) while we were paying... Absolutely no conversation with customers (even with some other customers before us). Well, not quite pissed, but almost laughed... This company does not give any professional training to the employee, or the cashier does not care. Hopefully manager can find how she is talking on the phone while pretending working....

Horrendous customer service at Kitchen Collection

I was at the Kitchen Collection at the Arnot Mall in Big Flats, New York on February 24th, 2008, and the woman behind the counter completely ignored me, and was totally rude to me when I asked a question. She was so nasty, not only in the way she looked, but in her attitude as well. I just turned around and left. I will never go into this store again. I would much rather buy my small appliances and gadgets at Wal-Mart, and from what I can tell, they would be much much cheaper at Wal-Mart anyways. I could never shop at a store where their employees are just so vile and rude.

I had a very similar experience in the Saint Augustine, FL store. After being in there for a few minutes, I walked out.

Such nasty and rude employees with an I-don't-care attitude.

Will never go back there again. I headed straight for Bed Bath and Beyond.
