We went to the Brampton location for a second time as we like the service and the products so much. Geoffrey was professional and very helpful.
He took the time to find out what we were looking for and provided us with advice and what products would be better for our project. It is unfortunate that others may have had a bad experience however the couple of times that we have been there we have had no issues.
We didn't feel rushed or pressured into buying anything and we given ample information to make our decision on the products that were chose.

Kitchen bath depot a joke
- Took 3 weeks to respond for measurement.
- Installers gave wrong window sizes; seals broke.
- Kitchen Bath Depot told me to contact Alside to fix.
When i fist contacted them for a measurement and estimate it took them 3 weeks just to get back to me. Then when we had the installers out they had told me they got the wrong sized windows.
after getting the correct sized windows in i thought everything would be smooth sailing.....but no......the seals broke on the windows (AWESOME ALSIDE WINDOWS) and when i contacted kitchen bath depot about getting them fixed they tol me i had to talk to alside.........beware of this shady company and avoid them at all costs........dont let them pull a fast one on you like they did to me

I visited Kitchen and bath depot a few weeks ago and have never been treated so horribly in my entire life. I was drawn in by their low prices and it is apparent to me now why their prices are so low.
No one there, including the so called designer, had a clue what they were doing. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. It seemed that they were too concerned about sales already made than trying to work with me. Especially the one woman who said she had been in the business for over 10 years and claimed to be some sort of professor or something........if I could only warn her students.
Jeez what a joke she was!!!

Kitchen & Bath Depot ONLY DOES SUBSTANDARD WORK
- Rockville contractor was unprofessional and subpar; do not hire.
- Delays from cabinetry errors stretched a 3-week job to 3 months; staff incompetent.
I had some work done on my kitchen a week ago and was totally appalled by the contractors that we hired in Rockville, MD. Very unprofessional, sleazy and performed substandard work.
We had been given a start date, that kept getting pushed back due to some wrong items for cabinetry being ordered. It was one mishap after another. What should have taken 3 weeks took 3 months. The staff is incompetent and the service is poor.
The prices are good but are made up by the poor service and bad attitude of the staff. DO NOT hire them, PLEASE.
It is going to end up a DISASTER!!!!

We went to this remodeling and retail store for buying a few home improvement items before selling our home. We were SHOCKED by the attitude of these remodelers.
They were rude, full of themselves and totally lacking in basic customer service. No one attended to us and then when we asked a man Rick there, he said he did not do bathrooms, although from the sounds of his computer he was watching some sleazy disgusting *** stuff. We might be old but we could still make out all the sounds coming from his computer.
He refused to help us and was flirting with this other woman there - Adel, who finally helped us and said she did not do small sales since she was on commision. It was not a good experience.

They understood what I wanted in a kitchen and were able to design the perfect space. Their selection of cabinets and counter tops was also good. They worked within my budget and timeline to create a beautiful kitchen. If I had to do it again, thank God I don't, I would certainly use the people at the Kitchen and Bath Depot.

I recently got some work done from a construction and remodeling company out of Rockville, MD. They were the worst ever. No customer service, rude staff and terrible attitude. The prices were low but then more than made up for by incompetence and terrible basic service.
We ordered cabinets. They were not measured properly by one mr. Rick Petro then all the wrong parts came in. The pieces that came in were not all at one time as well. It was a horrible experience.
DO NOT GO THERE EVER.

My wife and I were very pleased with the design and work of the Kitchen and Bath Depot. They were a pleasure to work with and I would recommend them to anyone.
I totally disagree with what has been stated by this one customer. You do not survive in business for over twenty years by doing shotty work.
I was turned on to the Kitchen and Bath Depot by a friend and have recommended them to numerous people.
All of which have been satisfied. I am sorry about your experience, but I can truly say that they are a very professional organization and I would again recommend them to anyone.
