i ordered an ice maker and it does has the wrong drain type. I have been trying to return the item for over a week and cannot get any help.
They sent me an email stating what i needed to do to start a refund and it does not work and i keep emailing them and they say they didnt get the invoice or they give me the same response on how to return(which does not work, there is not dropdown box to start a refund.
i called the #661.435.8826 listed on their website, i spoke to Sharon today and she advised that they just answer phones for them in the states and do not handle returns and i needed to email them, which i have done for a week now. i am going to report them to the Better Business Bureau
