Very interesting posts about Jonathan Greenberg online. I always am cautionary when evaluating online posts because there is usually two sides to every story; however, reading the highly charged and cautionary language made me realize that these posts are most likely correct.

When I started to read some of the highly negative posts online, I got a chill down my spine and my negative interations with Jonathan Greenberg now all makes sense. I too had a few issues with trust with Jonathan Greenberg.

Instead of continuing an online dialogue, I will be discussing this with Jason Pucci and Ronald Holland. They need to understand that although Jonathan is valuable from a sales perspective at Kislak, he is hurting the company in many other ways.

i wish i read the reviews on gus ramirez. i have to agree he is very very very dishonest.

how can this crook get away with not returning security deposits. i rented a condo unit that was not even very nice and when i moved out he never returned my deposit. i had many problems living in the unit and also found out it is not in a safe area.

he appears nice when i handed my money to start the lease but after that i never hear from him except when it comes to money. i had problems that needed to be fixed and took about a month to fix.

On his claim for the deposit, he charged $275 plus for a piece of shrink wrap that came with the dishwasher, claiming it as 'damaged'- ridiculous!!! According to the neighbor, he never hired an exterminator the five years he lived in the property and yet blamed me for the infestation. When I moved into the property, my first week there were a combination of roaches and ants. I did bring this up to him and his response was, buy a spray. And on October 18, 2014 when he was at the house, he did admit to roach problems when he lived there, so don't blame it on me slimeball!

On his bogus estimate, he is charging $375 for an exterminator when in the five years that he lived there never once hired one, come on now Bernie Madoff!

And $475 for house cleaning when everyone knows full well he will never hire a cleaning service as he is a greedy tightwad!

All these estimates are a product of his sick dishonest mind!

This is the day and age of smart phones, when I left the property, I had witnesses including the housekeeper, 5 friends, three men from the moving company as well as 65 photos on my iphone that stamped the date and time.

Please, you need to stop being such a pathological liar.

He leased out his own home at 3960 SW 147th Ave., Miramar, FL 33027 mid 2012 under Kislak with him as the realtor (talking about conflict of interest). He failed to disclose the numerous issues of the house and instead of being an honest person and hire a reputable contractor to fix the water intrusion issues of the house, he covered up all the existing issues with a thick coat of paint and replacing carpet in the dining area with faux wood that later exposed the foundational leak, water stain started appearing.

Water bill ballooned to $1,000, can you just imagine and yet he is nonchalant about this and even had the audacity to keep the security deposit way past the 30 day window.

Dishonest, dishonest, dishonest *** artist.

I do not know how this man still manages to work here and also do dishonest real estate deals on the side, again a matter of conflict of interest. He never hires legitimate contractors, but instead scours Craigslist to find the cheapest handyman.

Unethical, corrupt individual who will take advantage of you. Comes off as a quit, goofy guy, but be cautious- he has 1 agenda- sucking money out of you, and doing so at any means.

He works for Kislak, the commercial real estate company and is borderline criminal. We have 3 friends that had horrible experiences with him. He pressures and threatens people he does business with and uses the fact that his brother is a lawyer as power. We also know of 2 contractors that were ripped off by him at his home in Montville, NJ.

It will only be a matter of time when he will have to face the consequences of taking advantage of people.
