Gave life garanty.does not houner it at all

Kirk and sons roofers cost me an extra $ 15000.00 for a sloppy job that needed to be corrected. Installed gutters, to small a size. Sold and installed snow guards, all came of this winter. Never came to see the damage he caused.Did not responds too e-mails and phone calls.STEVE KIRK IS NO GOOD,WE HAD TO DO EVERY THING OVER AGAIN.we tray to be fair.Do not cost other clients to fall in his traps and hold on to your standards.It is the money and the aggrivaciens that let up to high blood presure and made us sick.

Kirk & Sons Septic Service

I would highly recommend staying away from this company in the Atlanta Metro area. I contracted with them to pump my septic tank a few months ago. The price they quoted was lower than others, and now I see why. They did not arrive when they said they would, but offered a discount to make up for it (that was good). When they did arrive, they drove their pump truck on to my zoysia lawn, and across some wooden landscape edging, completely destroying both the lawn and the edging. They left tire tracks about 6" deep, and if you have ever tried to mow a zoysia lawn, you know that will not work. They also made a mess of the actual septic tank area, far worse than any other company I have ever used. Well, it gets worse. I started calling the owner, Joel Kirk, very patiently requesting him to fix the landscaping issue. I asked about 6 times over a couple of month period, and he kept promising he would take care of it. Every time I talked to him he expressed "surprise" that it had not been done yet. Well, much to my "surprise", the septic system started backing up again less than two months after he pumped it. I had a very reputable company (Davis Septic - highly recommended) come in and look at it. The lines were fine (which is what Kirk had claimed must be the problem), but the tank had not been properly pumped, and they had to repump the system. When I asked Kirk to at least refund my money for the job poorly and incompletely done, I got no response. Terrible customer service.
