Untrustworthy

They are the worst company you can ever buy anything from. Don't fool yourself into thinking they just have services online. It's sketchy. The management is horrible. The people are rude. They are untrained, don't know how to recommend anything properly. Do not trust them. The process of returns and complaints are horrible and you'll never get your money back. Run as fast as you can.

Terrible Company! Stay away!

Don't go here! I developed two products for my beauty line and after launching them and having manufactured two batches for them, Kiralabs suddenly stopped answering my calls, never returned them and after several weeks of trying to order more and launching more products, they simply told me that "we will no longer be manufacturing for other companies" which I think is BS because they are still advertising private labeling in their website. They cost me a fortune due to not having anymore product to sell, my Amazon listings got closed due to lack of inventory and now I am trying to find some other lab that can reproduce my products but I am forced to start the whole process again because Kiralabs wouldn't honor their agreement with me. Stay away from this company!

Find Replacement for 'NaturalSkinShop.com' - Worst service

Placed order in October 2 WEEKS later - a vague email from someone at Kira labs.com (the mfg.) saying "something is on backorder". No information on WHAT is on backorder, just says it "could be 2 - 3 weeks". Chat online session - found out the item not available, asked it to be REMOVED from the order. Another vague email the following week - surprise - MORE stuff is now on "backorder", doesn't say what. I finally had time to call on the phone, NOW the answer is it's ready to ship, but alas, the item that was SUPPOSED to be removed, wasn't. And, another item is now "backordered". My Creditcard was charged for the full amount when I placed the order. Their site is listing stuff "on sale" that they don't have in stock. When you place an order, it DOES NOT TELL YOU if the item is in stock or not. I presume they are making interest money off my payment while jerking me around waiting for the extra two weeks. I will find something better. The 'customer support experience" - SUCKS. They used to be much better than this. Too Bad. Going to wait one more day. Am I the only one that is even buying from them??
