I received a full refund for the items returned on 6/6/23.
I have been trying to get the company to resolve this issue since 5/14. The only time I receive a response is when I publicly post a complaint. I sent the pieces back and still do not have a refund or exchange. I want a refund at this point.
This is by far the worst company to deal with.
I have since filed a complaint with the BBB against the company. For the price of the pieces ($100+ for the 3 piece set I returned) I expected much much better service.
Buyer BEWARE!!
