I never received an email to change the password for my account on Kinomap. It says the account already exists, but I never signed up for it.
Preferred solution: I bought a dole treadmill and tried to create an account with minimal. It says that an account already exists. I tried to change the password but never received an email so it could be reset.

I must not have signed up correctly. I would assume they could see my account and give me my 14 day trail and then charge me accordingly.
I was charged within minutes of signing on the the app. Wayne Watson
