This venue lies. They sold me an express entry ticket that was a slow entry ticket
This venue engages in false advertising. King's Theatre sells
what they call an express venue entry upgrade to concerts.

"Express venue entry" is a bit vague, so several
people in my party called to inquire exactly what this means.
Multiple people including myself were all told that the door
at the express entry line open early and before the general
admission line.
One person was told it opens an hour early,
others were simply told early, but every single person who
inquired over the phone was told that this line opens into
the venue BEFORE general admission. Staff on site told us the same thing. This is not what happened. Doors for the express line opened at the same time as the general admission line.
The express line was also moved MUCH slower than the general admission
line because before scanning tickets, staff had to process
everyone individually by crossing off names on a piece of
paper, and then digging through a shoebox full of
envelopes to hand out passes. This was the opposite of the
express and early promise sold to me. I purchased 4 of
these tickets in total for two people for two nights.
The
venue refunded me for the second night but refused to
refund me for the first night because the tickets had been
"used". My friend and I were the 3rd and 4th people in the
express line and were let in after several dozen people in
the general admission line, so I disagree that we used the
express service that I was sold.
