Garage Renovation Incomplete
Zero Stars. Hildener, woman who takes project description is horrible with promptness, attention to detail, Quality, and speed.
Project: garage renovation including epoxy coating for garage floor, which wasnt done. Garage floor was painted only. Before that they took it upon themselves to put grey paint on floor when I sent a picture three separate times to her showing exactly what I wanted. Downspout tighten, which was done.
Door frame repaired, which was done. Since day one, workers would arrive for a short time then leave for the entire day. Workers never arrived for one day and I had to make contact with Hildener the next day to find out why workers werent here completing the job. Excuse after excuse.
They frame walls, lowered the garage ceiling before asking me if it was ok to do and now I have to get a new garage door because there is less space for complete opening and closing of garage door. After two weeks of incompetence and not quality of work, I did not want them on my property.
The fence covering which was another item to do, I did not want them to do. After Hildener received her final payment, which I didnt have to give fir breach of contract, she didnt care that the garage floor was incomplete.They painted the garage floor without filling in gaps on floor.
Preferred solution: Price reduction
