Kings And Queens Apartments - Wawa Realty Apartment Rental Review

This is not resolved, I received a letter from State Attorney of New York that gave some options to sue this Wawa Realty in small claims court. Along with it is a reply from scammers Khaled Salem Ahmed that I opened his mail, FYI Khaled, you know it's a lie.

You are human being, you have a conscience..you know you are lying. I could subpoena the building itself and let them speak for where the mailboxes are located and ALL are locked! Personally, I am too highly educated to stoop that low accusations. Let your conscience examine what you have done and how many victims you have after all these years.

I have the same experience. The following incident happened in New York: 1. We made reservation through RCI travel. I asked for a hotel and they gave us Wawa Realty through their supplier. 2. Per confirmation Wawa Realty is located at 8305 Bay Parkway, Brooklyn NY But the real address is 8301 Bay Parkway Brooklyn NY. We were in NY for 3 nights from 11/23/16 to 11/25/16 3. We were told to bring $400 cash and signed an agreement that it will be refunded in 90 days 4.We cleaned the 1 bedroom apartment prior to using bathroom and before leaving. We even took the trash out. During our stay, the TV was not working well, the bed was not comfortable. No extra blanket. The sofas were not comfortable. The toilet seat had *** marks on it. No microwave. Only 1 pan. Bathroom has too many rust that one can get tetanus. 5. 90 days pass, no refund. I called Wawa Realty and was told by Sam that there is a 200 dollars cleaning fee per person in the confirmation of reservation as he said. I told him it is not in agreement, not in reservation confirmation through RCI travel. 3. Despite many calls through Wawa Realty, RCI travel which referred us back to Wawa Realty, Kings and Queen management (the company that manages the building we were in, 8301 Bay Parkway) no one refunded the 400 dollars. 4. New York was supposed to be a great vacation place yet we were scammed by this Wawa Realty in Brooklyn ..
