Beware of Deceptive Business Practices!

I placed a $100 fully refundable deposit for a kitten at an agreed-upon price. After confirming the kittens birth and affirming the agreed terms, the breeder, {{Redacted}} of Kingpin Siamese in Old Lyme, Connecticut, raised the price by $200 the very next day and gave me an ultimatum: either pay more or get a refund.

Despite repeatedly stating in writing that the deposit was fully refundable, no questions asked, she later sent a refund check with an undisclosed deduction and no prior explanation. I only learned of the deduction when I received the check.

This bait-and-switch pricing, failure to honor refund agreements, and lack of transparency are not only unethical but also violate consumer protection laws against deceptive trade practices. I have retained all correspondence proving these misleading actions.

If you are considering buying a Siamese kitten or cat from Kingpin Siamese or {{Redacted}} in Old Lyme, Connecticut, be cautious! This breeder does not uphold fair or ethical business practices.

The refund was send the very same day it was requested! This is a scamming practice used to target people for money extortions.
