Kingkiner Tree Service Review

Kingkiner office staff and tree removal specialists were exceptional. They were professional, knowledgeable, and conscientious. They removed a tree and several large stumps at a very reasonable price! I was also pleased at how they left my property. Everything was removed and soil raked. I highly recommend this company!

Good customer service

Terrible service, nonexsistent customer service

HORRENDOUS, NONEXISTENT "CUSTOMER SERVICE" I wish I could give zero starts, too. Horrible customer service. They came and took down my tree then left it in pieces behind my and my neighbor's property. It was there for at least a week and a half and I had to call three times before they finally came to remove it. Mind you, this was left at the back end of an easement where people park and was a huge old maple tree. A couple weeks later I received a coupon for a free stump removal with tree removal. I knew it wasn't good on past services but since it was recent and it's a coupon they always send in the monthly coupon mailers, I contacted them to see if they would make an exception since they neglected to remove the tree for so long and the stump is very dangerous for my pup as she likes to race around the small yard. I have now contacted them three times and guess what! They don't even have the decency to respond to any of my requests to even tell me no, they are just NOT RESPONDING AT ALL. To boot, they had the nerve to send me a late payment notice but I wasn't paying them until the job was done. As soon as they removed the tree, the check went in the mail. Horrible customer service. They talked me into using them over Mario's who had serviced the tree before. Wish I'd stuck with Mario's. And they had some big trees they were removing after Sandy out along Ridge in Andorra—guess it's more important to get the higher paying jobs then to take care of your local customers. Epic fail, I'm very disappointed.

I called this tree company to come out and give me just an estimate, they came out and did that but the lady in the office( Karen) would not stop calling me after that . I told her i would use this company only if they lowered their price, she got nasty and said the price is already low enough but i will ask.

I never signed any contract with them, didnt agree to anything with them or paided any money to come out to cut my trees.

But i went home 10/03/2013 and found both my trees cut down, only to find out it was them who did it without my authorization. Who does things like this without a consent or contract.

Kingkiner Tree Service

They are reliable enough to come out in most emergencies, which is good. And the work they do in an emergency when their supervisor is there is fine. But I can't rate them well because the supervisor on site misrepresented what was included in the work and led one to believe that stump grinding was separate, when for others it was included in the quoted charge. Then when the crew came back for the cleanup, their supervisor wasn't t with them and they did sloppy work, breaking some items in the yard when I wasn't home. Later, when I complained, the same supervisor gave me, the customer, a hard time saying it was an emergency. However, it was during the clean up when the damage occurred and that wasn't an emergency!! It happened days later!!! No excuse for that. I'm very disappointed in them and wasn't compensated for damaged garden furniture.
