I never received the unit (wig) or my refund

I ordered and paid for a wig March 3 and was supposed to have it shipped within 7 days after payment was made. When the following Monday came and I never received a confirmation number I reached out to the rep who at first told me she needed more time. Another week went by I reached out again this time the wig maker fell ill and was being tested for Covid. Another week went by I reached out again and was told another stylist would finish my wig. Another week went by I reached out again and this time I requested a refund , the customer service sucked and I didnt want to chance exposure if the original wig maker fell ill while making the wig. I was told the wig would ship that Monday!! Another week went by I reached out to ask for my refund and the representative stopped replying. Its been a little over 2 months I havent received a refund or a wig. And no reply from the company. I inboxed on IG and I called the number on the page I also emailed the address on the business page which is linked in the bio and I received nothing. But the representative is still posting wigs for sale on a daily basis. I will never ever order from them again

User's recommendation: Do not order from the IG page kinghairweave, no matter how beautiful the wigs look and how promising the turnaround time is.
