Accepts your payment then cancels order

I ordered a product from this company off their website. Three days later I got an email that the order was cancelled. They said their shipment of the product was delayed to them by two weeks so they just cancelled it. Then why have it on your website if you can't reliably sell it and don't have it in stock (since you have 4 warehouses supposedly)? The low price drew me in but their inability to deliver the products they sell has now caused me to have an incomplete installation for much longer than if I had just gone with a reputable company and paid the higher rate. Buyer beware -- if you need something to arrive reliably and in a timely manner order from somewhere else.

Preferred solution: Don't need anything from the merchant, I found a suitable supplier. I just don't want another consumer to experience delays.

I have worked with Kingersons for several years, they have been nothing but great with their products and services. You can never keep everyone happy!

Above customer purchased an out of stock item, he missed to see the notes during checkout process. When we refunded the money back in full and informed the customer, he instead started yelling asking us to remove the product from the website instead of showing it as an out of stock item. Just like any other website, we do not remove the products we update the quantity for people to see and purchase.

Caution: Pradeep Kinger AKA Joshua Kinger DBA Kingersons!

I purchased a 4K minisplit system for my home from Kingersons believing I was purchasing from a company with several business locations across the US. When it became necessary to file a lawsuit against Pradeep AKA Joshua Kinger the owner of the company for committing fraud I learned that he was running his operation from his home in Florida. To make matters worse the judge who found in my favor could not award damages because there was language inserted into my purchase order requiring any claims made against Kingersons would have to be heard in Florida. Understand that if you buy anything from Kingersons no matter how misrepresented the product or how deceptive the advertising you can't return defective products to one of his warehouses because they do no exist. In addition, when he ducks the issues and you spend a year waiting and hundreds of dollars in filing and process service fees for your day in court you will learn that you will have to start all over again as I now must by re filing in Florida. I purchased my system in 2013 and later discovered it had been discontinued in 2011. Getting parts was nearly impossible when the system failed 4 times in 6 months and required every board and the compressor be replaced. There was no warranty because I followed the partial self install instructions provided on the website and hired pros to make the final connections, evacuate the lines and charge the system. When following the instructions provided on his website voided my warranty Pradeep AKA Joshua offered only excuses and doublespeak and when I wouldn't go away he would yell and hang up. One would think a Better business bureau AAA rated company would conduct fair business but I filed a complaint and learned that a business owner need only tell the bureau that they were trying to help their customer but really aren’t required to do so and can maintain the rating so long as they pay their membership fee. Should you read the report you will find that he tried to call the installer "several times" but the installer did not once hear from Kingersons. I have since purchased all of my replacement parts from Ingram’s heating and air and they have gone above and beyond to source the obsolete parts to keep my fundamentally flawed YMGI system limping along until I can afford to replace it. I will buy my next system from them and they actually have a store I can pick it up from!
