My kitchen sink sprung a leak, so I called Kingdom Plumbing in Palm Harbor, Florida to fix it. They came out within the hour. I asked if the leaking sprayer unit could be removed or replaced, but I was told no it could not, and that I had to purchase a new faucet costing $500 plus labor. Amazon had what I wanted for $50, a big difference! I had to keep insisting I wanted the least expensive model, since I am a Disabled Senior Citizen on a fixed income. Did not like Kingdom Plumbing insisting I buy an expensive faucet, regardless of what I wanted, even though I was paying for it. They did replace my faucet, costing me $250, the reason I felt like I was the victim of "price gouging", as I had to basically argue with them to get what I wanted at a price I could afford!
User's recommendation: Shop around for contractors even if it is an Emergency situation.
