SCAMMED
- - Went to Kingdom Chevrolet and left with the vehicle by 9:30 PM.
- - Co-signer was required; son's name was first on paperwork and mailings.
I WENT INTO KINGDOM CHEVROLET @ 9:00 AM LEFT WITH A VEHICLE AT 9:30PM. AFTER CHECKING MY CREDIT WAS TOLD I NEEDED A CO SIGNER.
I HAD MY SON COME IN TO SIGN AS A CO SIGNER HIS CREDIT SCORE IS A FEW NUMBERS HIGHER THEN MINE.WHEN I LOOKED OVER THE PAPERWORK BOTH OUR NAMES WERE ON THE PAPERWORK BUT HIS WAS FIRST. ALL MAILINGS CAME IN HIS NAME.WHEN I CALLED I WAS TOLD WE WERE CO OWNERS BUT BECAUSE HIS CREDIT HIS NAME WAS FIRST ON THE OWNERSHIP. SO BASICALLY HE IS THE OWNER.
WOULD NOT CHANGE THE PAPERWORK. I FELT SCAMMED AND WANTED TO RETURN THE VEHICLE.

Did you read any of the documents you signed? Because every single one of them would have detailed exactly what you're complaining about.
The time to point them out is before signing them, not afterwards. If the dealership couldn't accommodate you, it's very simple: you get up and you walk out.
No one can bully you without your permission.
That is just the way it works. They used the one with the best credit score so you get a better intrest rate.My husband did this for my daughter and all the mail for the car comes to our house and then we just give it to her. When the car is all paid off then you can put it in your name only. But if you miss a payment they will go after your son for it.He put his credit and his money on the line for you.If you get in a crash they will also go after him. That is just how it works.
