It is impossible to get hold of King Price Insurance

It is impossible to get hold of King Price Insurance. I cannot access the documentation on the web or on the app because their system does NOT send a OTP. The bot in the chat, just keeps telling you to reset your password but it doesn't matter how often I reset my password, I need a OTP to login. None of the contact numbers work.

Claimed about my bumped car at the boot, and the one who bumped never showed up as it happened at the mall.

User's recommendation: i will still recommend friends and family.

No feedback

I contacted King Price again by myself after no response from them. They assured me they would escalate the problem specifically regarding the changes that was made last year by my me with their lock down assurance where I asked the consultant if my daughter would be covered for accidents and he confirmed it. Still no feedback from KIng Price, my daughter still in trauma, without transport or an outcome to how this matter is going to be resolved. The next step would be to advise people on the care their customers get from King Price, for as they claim the customer is King, there is nothing further from the truth as our experience testifies to. No assistance from King Price

Hi, I had to contact King Price again myself. After assuring me that they would escalate the problem and come back to me with phone recordings made last year by me regarding their lock down assistance and specifically the insurance regarding my daughter's vehicle that was involved in the accident, no feedback. I want feedback in writing from their senior supervisors and copies of the phone calls regarding the insurance changes I made last year in which I asked the consultant specifically to ensure my daughter was covered as well in the case of an accident. The next step would be to advise people on social media to stay away from any form of King Price insurance, because despite their claims that the customer is King, there is nothing further from the truth as our experience testifies to. I

KP200**** Illegal debit on my account which lead me to miss that one important premium.

King Price debited my account on the 3rd May 2016 for an adjustment on my policy which A) I did not know about any costs involved with this adjustment or what the adjustment is, and I never received an updated policy for any adjustments made. B) I did not authorise in any way a debit order to be taken on any day other than the stated debit order date of the 20th of every month. (This date was changed to the 25th of every month however King Price has no record of the change being made) I mistook the 3rd May debit to be my premium amount and did not look any further at the amount taken or the reasoning for this date. I have now been informed by various legal advisors that the 3rd may debit is unlawful and should not have happened but this had lead me to miss my premium and my claim has been rejected due to this. I initiated contact with King Prices internal Ombudsman on the 17th August after my claim was rejected and I have not received any finalisation from them, nor have I had contact from them since the 7th September. I find this absolutely unacceptable from such a notable Insurance provider who has not only slandered my name in a personal and now financial way, but through who’s negligence has cost me well more than the claim amount. I have been in contact with a lawyer who has advised me that if this matter is not resolved timeously, King Price will have to pay much more than the claim amount through legal course.
