They don’t back their products
The garland doesn't light on half of it. They will only give tips on how to correct it, and none of the tips worked.
I bought it in July during a sale, and obviously, I didn't use it until Christmas, and they are saying it's out of warranty. You would think they would back their products for at least 6 months.
