Charged my Credit card without permission
I have been a little behind on my bill and spoke with a representative yesterday, who by the way was very nasty and said that if i can not pay my bill on time then i should not be in business multiple times, and set up a payment plan which will start next tuesday. Well they charged my card the day after i spoke to them which is 5 days prior to when the initial payment was due. Is that even legal. Then when i called him back he said well you are behind anyway so they probably just ran it, and he said maybe it was not even my office. Not to professional to illegally charge someones credit card. I have customers who are late sometimes also but i never charge their card without permission.
