Verified ReviewerI had three products go bad. The Falcon wi fi antenna, the wi fi router and my Dish pro satellite antenna. Customer service told me to pound sand its not covered under warranty.
The satellite won't stay locked on to the target. The router just stopped working and the $600.00 wi fi antenna won't rotate anymore.
Preferred solution: Get my product repaired.
User's recommendation: Steer clear of there products.
