Unclean and very rude cafeteria worker

- - Water for mom; rude staff: a cook Anna and a manager.

Steped into the cafeteria seen a piece of ply wood covering exposed floor digging, i ask for water for my mom and was greeted rudely by two different women, on beeing a cook and one being a manager or supervisor she didnt want to tell me her position she was very rude not the first time .The cook who i later found her name to be Anna dont know her last name very rude they both snickered and laughed and then another young lady helped me dont know her name but shess always been helpful she always in the front very nice you lady , my mom have been here for 5months and i have very few good words for the hospital
