I received a package of Kind Science products I did not order
I received products I did not order, now I’m not there to send them back. What a scam I didn’t sign up for monthly orders???
I received a box of Kind Science products that I did not order. As I am no longer at the address you sent it to what do you want me to do with the products?

I am very angry at this scam and want to earn others
Sham sham sham. First, as soon as I placed the order I tried to cancel it.
I wanted to cancel because I realized I had been duped into signing up for a subscription.
Took forever to find a way to contact customer service. Even though I tried to cancel it immediately I was told that they cant stop the order once it is placed. What a crock. Cant get a return label either because its against their policy.
One of the products was missing according to the pamphlet listing the products.
I was told that I would have to pay extra for it because it doesnt come in the kit. Then why is it pictured there?
I truly cannot say enough bad things about this underhanded company. Im sure I will think of more as soon as I leave this review.
My advice is to stay away. Shame on you Ellen Degenerass

Didn’t order items very good experience. Russell, the agent was very helpful: patient, good communication - again very helpful in answering questions and covering options we had!!
Russell really helped us; answering questions and providing options - good listener. Russell was Good!!! Not rushed, he cared about us as customers.

I had canceled my prescription n I NO LONGER WANT IT SO JUST PUT MY MONEY BACK TO MY ACCOUNT (BANK) $108.00 I really wish I knew the womans name that took my call cause she should be reprimanded Im so disappointed n pissed

I tried a promotion they had. I paid the amount at the time.
I didn't get all of the products I paid for. Without knowing,v they tried to take $90 the following month.
Again I have tried to contact them. Now what truly upsets me, is I only fell for the promotion because Ellen the talk show host was advertising the product.
To adjust my delivery item
I dont understand why I must call every time I want to adjust the item that is being delivered. I think that is a highly unusual system of running your company.

I can no longer afford this Kind Science subscription. It has not even been 30 days since I ordered.
I tried the chat to cancel, but then they want you to pay $5.00 to complete.
The phone # puts you on hold indefinitely! I wouldn't expect Ellen DeGeneres would be running this scam!

Cancel Kind Science
I ordered and have to cancel. I have sensitive skin.
Also, I received the second order of Kind Science, which I gave to my niece. Good product; I just cannot use it.

Did not order more unless a scam.
Sent a second set that I didnt order unless you had some kind of scam. Barely received first set.
Called for days. File a dispute with credit card company.

While talking to an agent, I had to keep putting in passcodes. I just want this issue resolved; it shouldn't be this hard!
