I was at ascot bus stop and I was tracking bus with bustime.org .its 1.19pm bus he came pride park root thats why I was try to go ALVASTON stop to catch that bus . Bus came I have waved him he didnt stop.

Excellent driving
I got on the bus and a very helpful chap called Nathaniel greeted me, he let me ride for free as otherwise I wouldn't have enough money left to ring my dealer. This is fine he said its a no quibbling money back guarantee. Payment is optional and only if your happy with the service he said.

There is no change in the unreliability of the bus service. There is a great number of people like me complaining and even the local MP Jane Hunt has become involved.
Still no improvement in the service. This company is not fit to run their no 11 and 12 service and other companies should be offered the opportunity to bid for it.
The no 11 and no.12 service has resorted back to its pre-covid half hourly service. On the face of it that is good news.
The reality is that regularly every other bus is cancelled and does not run resorting back to an hourly service.
And even then, the bus that does run never runs to the printed tinetable. They can run up to 25 minutes late. Thank goodness for the bus tracker app, or else pensioners like me would have to wait this amount of minutes in the freezing cold.
Kinchbus. You are not fit for purpose.
You are a disgrace to the town of Loughborough. Your drivers are lovely and I'm surprised they are still with you as the management of this company are clueless.
Please consider giving up this Loughborough service in order to allow another company to manage this service as evidently it is beyond your capability.

Some other potential customer told me, casually, that the previous (my) bus was cancelled.

Attempted to complain about an app issue to customer service and was told blatant lies by Ste a customer service rep claiming there were no complaints of issues like mine despite one look at posts they are tagged in or reviews on the AppStore shows that the app is constantly crashing and Ste continued to tell me that there was none despite clear screenshots of complaints not even two weeks ago. Used every opportunity to be a belligerent ***

Hi Im a regular customer of the skylink Leicester to Derby. I got on the bus there was a female driver with blue headscarf on her head.
I think she must be new as I hadnt seen her before. And hopefully I wont again her driving was dangerous she was very fast and heavy breaking. We were jolted back and forth also she hit every kerb and roundabout we went round. She almost jumped a red light.
Ive never been so frightened in my life. So many other customers were complaining about her too. Who ever gave this woman a job needs to let her drive them I will never get on your bus again if she is driving it. I have always said that the skylink drivers are friendly helpful and good.
I know times are hard I understand when buses are not running but to have such a bad driver driving a big bus with peoples lives in their hands the way she drives is beyond me. And I hope she doesnt cause a serious incident but she shouldnt be on the road.

Due to my mistake thinking my senior citizens pass was valid from 9am i attempted to board a sky link bus in kegworth bound for east Midlands airport. The driver was extremely ignorent and sat with her head turned away from me looking out of the window.I offered to pay the fair but unfortunately i only had a 20 pound note.The driver refused to offer me any assistance and a 64 yr old disabled pensioner had to leave th bus having been embarrassed at my ordeal and walk the 3 miles to the airport. To sum up this ignorent driver should attend a customer service course as she had no idea how to deal with problems associated with assistance to the public,and because of this i shall no longer use skylink.
