Not getting the help in the Support with an order for a customer

I'm not receiving the help needed to resolve a simple order issue, and I feel ignored. I have already paid for one order for a customer, which was not showing up in the system on the Kin Custom back office, specifically in the import section.

So, I entered the same details on the POD section of my back office and paid for the item. However, they are refusing to process that order for me and are trying to make me pay twice for it.

I have spoken with someone about the situation. It is a very straightforward issue to rectify, but I am not receiving the necessary help and support to process the correct order.
