I called to place an order at 6:15pm on Sunday, December 30, 2012. A man answered the telephone, and since my cellular phone cut out for a brief moment, I was unable to hear what he said, so when he said "Hello" for the second time, I asked, "Is this Kim's Wings?" His reply was, "That's what I said when I answered the phone, Kim's Wings on St. Clair." This is not the only time that I have had rude service. The restaurant has pretty good food, but not good enough for me to spend my hard-earned dollars listening to sarcasm and being treated rudely. Luckily this order is for my mom, because I woudn't give these people a dime. This is just another reminder that good customer service has really gone out of the window.
