Shipment arrived 2 weeks late. The company did NOTHING to resolve it.

These people must be out of the country and although there is a Texas address on the web, there is no phone or any way to contact them. I sent them at least 6 emails and they never responded.

Shipment finally arrived 2 weeks late and I had ordered it for a special event. I not only will never order from them again, I will probably never order from a Chinese or foreign company again.

They promise delivery by a certain date and send tracking information, which just keeps saying Pre-shipment status. When you try to contact them, there is no phone number available and they do not answer their email.
