I purchased furniture from Wilmington location, my couch was damaged and I also purchased the extra warranty. I filed a claim, and my claim was approved.
But the store will not honor m credit because theyre closing the store.
They will not let me exchange or use my credit because everything is on discount. Horrible service, I wouldnt recommend them to anyone

Terrible customer service
- - Sofa and recliner arrived in 3 weeks; recliner lacked a remote.
- - Delivery canceled, then rescheduled; the recliner arrived damaged with no apology.
Greeting is one of the bad service.
Ordered a sofa and recliner which took 3 weeks to get. Then the recliner came without remote for the massage feature.
We personally went there, and they took forever to greet us and keep in mind there was 4 people behind the counter and 2 of us waiting. Finally, someone came over and her body language was so bad I want to go elsewhere. Not one time did the employee apologize for the inconvenience. All they said it's going to be another 3 weeks.
4 weeks go by and my wife decides to call and find out where the recliner and again attitude like we owe them. The lady start talking that delivery has been canceled and that We need to Go and pick up. Ok we told them we will be there Wednesday. We get a call on Saturday about scheduling a delivery.
Ok the day of delivery. The recliner comes in damaged again. Again no apologies. We call later that day to see why we haven't received a call from management.
We call and stated our name and they respond how can we help you. At this point we just want to return the product and never do or recommend this business again.

- - Recliner marketed as leather was Durablend and peeled; replacement took 4 months.
- - Three comforter sets all came apart.
Bought several items and within just a month furniture starting falling apart. Sold me which I was told a Leather Recliner come to find out it was a Durablend Bonded Leather.
Chair started Peeling and it took 4 months for them to replace and when they did it wasn't the same recliner. I was told the one I purchased had been Discontinued. Not 1 but 3 Comforter sets all came apart. Never washed or used them just put them on the beds.
I would never recommend this company especially the one in Lumberton NC to anyone.
I would send you to the local Goodwill or Rent a Center first. Never Shop Here!!!!'

Purchased a reclining sofa and love seat set 2 1/2 years ago. The center sofa seat seam is separating.
The arm padding has fallen. NOTE...furniture repair guy just left 10 minutes ago after fixing. He noted other issues. Leather is flaking, other seams are coming apart.
He took pictures of the other issues to submit to warranty folks. Spent a great deal of money, you would think it would hold up longer. All I know is this is the last extended warranty I buy if all I'm gonna get is "that's not covered".
I blame the salesman and myself. Somebody needs to make this right.
