Kimball Farm - Jaffrey New Hampshire

We visited Kimball Farm in Jaffrey New Hampshire on Wednesday evening August 6, 2008. There was a teenager working there and was not at all interested in waiting on us.
When she bent down to get our ice creams her hair went into the tub. I said excuse me but your hair (ponytail) is hanging in the ice cream and she said so. I told her I did not want my order. She was very rude.
Even though the ice cream is good there are numerous comparible places in the area that are just as yummy.
Alot of the help up there is constantly fooling around and licking there fingers.
Teens hair drips in ice cream
- - Hair fell into the ice cream; staff seemed indifferent.
- - A staffer was licking fingers between cones.
- - Ice cream is good, but sanitation is a concern.
I was at Kimball's on 8/6/08 and was waited on by a teenager that could of cared less. When she went to get our ice creams she bent over and her hair (ponytail) fell into the ice cream container.
I mentioned to her that her hair had just gotten all over the ice cream and she shot me a look like who the *** cares. I also noticed that one of the scoopers constantly was licking her fingers in between each cone or dish. There ice cream is good but proper sanitation is first in my book.
I am not sure if I will go back.

They are very unfriendly, try the driving range in mason nh. Good food, great icecream.
I had the same thing happen to me up there. the employees all fool around and i even saw one take the plastic spoon and dig into the ice cream to try a sample.
Went into another one without even getting a clean spoon. ewwwwwwwwwwwww :(
