This company is a total CROOK.Provided free quote. Day later, trespassed on vacant property, performed the work and then demand money. All I got from them is a QUOTE for heaven sake. No other agreement or any contract signed what so ever. NONE! Yet, they came out to work and wanted money. I was not even aware when or what they did when they called and asked for money. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS. Money that they earned this way is blood money and what goes around comes around. Dirty, filthy scams you do will just come right back at you and the rest of your generations to come. THIS IS A HORRIBLE BUSINESS practice.WARNING - STAY AWAY FROM KILTER Termite and Pest Control.

Termites are gone
If you want your termites gone and backed by a 22 years in business company use Kilter Termite. They are honest reliable and whenever you need them they will pick up the phone and make your customer service experience amazing. They have stuck by their word in so many ways that I know that you will be amazed at the service as well. The technicians are in house trained and have alot of knowledge. The inspectors are thorough and the prices are competitive. The rodent work they perform carries a two year guarantee. Something no competitor offers. I would highly recommend them

I contracted with Kilter to repair some damaged wood. After the repair, I found that my house was partially left without electricity as they had cut through the wiring, studs in the wall were damaged, some studs were completely cut through and they reused infected wood by putting it back on the home upside down.
When I contacted the owner of the company, he refused to help repair this damage. Please see my complaint with the better business bureau.
